The Finance Department for the Town of Indian Trail, NC (the “Town”) requests that qualified and interested banking institutions who will be operating within the legal jurisdiction of the Town on September 12, 2025, submit proposals for providing certain banking services. Each proposal submitted shall be expected to respond to each consideration set forth in this Request for Proposal (the “RFP”).

RFP response and the related cost forms must be completed and returned by 4:00 pm on September 12, 2025, to the Town at Town Hall, 315 Matthews Indian Trail Road, Indian Trail, 28079 delivered to Customer Service. Emailed and faxed responses will not be accepted. Late proposals shall be returned unopened or not accepted if delivered in person.
