Hudson Public Schools is seeking qualified Designers/Architects to provide Designer Services for Planning & Construction Projects associated with building improvements, maintenance and long-term planning and budgeting. This RFQ is intended to select a pre-qualified firm for specific assignments & projects to be determined on an as needed basis.

The purpose of this RFQ is to select and develop a long-term working relationship with one firm for a three-year period, without having to request an RFQ on a project-by-project basis. This ultimately will save time and money for the District. Our objectives are to become more time and cost effective; minimize the learning curve relative to a firms ability to become familiar with our buildings; be more responsive to bidding critical projects by conducting the Architect/Engineer selection RFQ process in advance of specific projects.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Hudson School buildings need periodic renovations and upgrades due to program changes, accessibility requirements, user group changes, and to ensure that proper maintenance is provided. These adjustments or maintenance upgrades are often accomplished through planning and construction projects that require the support of design professionals.
