2025-19 Live Floor Trailer for Solid Waste Department Bid

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Huron, South Dakota, will on the 29th day of July, 2025 at the hour of 2:00 P.M. Central Time, at the Huron Municipal Building City Commission Meeting Room, 239 Wisconsin Avenue SW, Huron, South Dakota, receive and consider sealed proposals for the following:

Furnish all labor and materials necessary for, Bid No. 2025-19 2-WAY LIVE FLOOR TRAILER FOR SOLID WASTE DEPARTMENT as specified.

Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check or draft of five percent (5%) of the amount bid, and issued by a State or National Bank and made payable to the City of Huron, or in lieu thereof a bid bond of ten percent (10%) of the amount bid. Such bond to be issued by a surety authorized to do business in the State of South Dakota, payable to the City of Huron, as a guaranty that the bidder will enter into a contract with the City of Huron, South Dakota.

The Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted.
