Source Sought – Keesler Reverse Osmosis PM Services
This is a Sources Sought notice issued by the Defense Health Agency (DHA) Healthcare Contracting Division-South for market research purposes only, on behalf of Keesler Air Force Base, Biloxi, MS, to identify any qualified small or large business sources. This is NOT a request for competitive proposals/quotes. The responses to the sources sought notice will determine the method of procurement for this requirement. Phone calls will not be accepted. Responders are responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this announcement. Government will not be financially responsible for information received in response to this announcement.
Description of Requirement:
The Contractor will provide preventative maintenance of 4 WRO300H Reverse Osmosis (R.O.) Machines + Carbon Filter Tanks manufactured by MAR COR PIN 920-03-835 Rev 1, and CWP 100, Model WRO H/S. Contractor shall service and maintain the equipment within the original equipment manufacturers (OEM) specifications, and in accordance with the performance work statement, US, State, and Local laws and regulations, Joint Commission requirements, and Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI) standards for critical water systems.
