Project Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a contract with a qualified organization to provide voluntary Pet Insurance benefits. It is anticipated that this process will result in a contract award to a single provider (“Proposer”). Salt Lake County (“County”) intends to offer this benefit during the annual enrollment period (November 2025), with coverage available January 1, 2026.
