The City is soliciting proposals from qualified Offerors for Custodial Services for several Recreation Centers and Other Facilities. Awarded Offerors are to furnish all chemicals, equipment, and cleaning supplies necessary to maintain cleanliness of facility per Exhibit A, Scope of Work, and Proposal Groups 1-4 requirements. Please review each Proposal Group Scope of Work document 1-4 for all facility details and requirements. Offerors will be required to complete each Proposal Group document for each group they intend to submit a proposal. Offerors may submit a proposal for one (1), multiple, or all proposal groups. If submitting a proposal for more than one (1) proposal group, please include all documents in one (1) sealed envelope with each proposal group clearly labeled. If submitting electronically, please submit all proposal group documents in one (1) submission with each proposal group clearly labeled. The City will be evaluating each proposal group separately. The City intends to award this contract to multiple offerors.
