Project Description: Salt Lake County on behalf of the Real Estate Division (“County”), is soliciting proposals from qualified firms (“Proposer”) to provide real estate and land appraisal services in the following categories of property valuation:
(a) residential
(b) commercial/industrial
(c) undeveloped land, and
(d) miscellaneous valuations for partial or total acquisitions
It is the intent of the County to contract for services of qualified real estate & land appraisers to provide appraisal services on an as-needed basis. No guarantee of the actual service requirement is implied or expressed by this solicitation. Service requirements will be determined by actual need.
