The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a term contract with a qualified Offeror through competitive negotiations to provide office supplies, janitorial supplies, and first aid products for all Virginia ABC Retail locations, Regional Offices, and Headquarters. The selected Offeror shall be responsible for furnishing a reliable, efficient, and cost-effective ordering and fulfillment solution that meets Virginia ABC's operational needs. Virginia ABC reserves the right to add or remove Retail locations and Regional Offices as needed.
