Synopsis:

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by SaskTel to prospective Suppliers to submit proposals for the provision of Tenant Improvements for SaskTel Regina Harbour Landing Store - 4725 Gordon Road as further described below (the “Deliverables”):
This RFP is seeking proposals for Tenant improvement and retail outfitting for the existing Harbour Landing SaskTel Store located at 4725 Gordon RD, Regina, SK. Vendors are to provide all labor, materials and services required to complete the work to the existing store space including all architectural, mechanical & electrical trades. Included in the work is the coordination and installation of SaskTel supplied equipment.
Please Note: For this project, SaskTel requires all Vendors to have current COR(Certification of Recognition) or SECOR (Small Employer Certification of Recognition) safety accreditation certificate.
Please Note: A mandatory walk through is taking place April 16, 2026. Please section 2 of the Ariba event for details.
