The U.S. Army ContracŸng Command-Redstone, OperaŸons, Services, & Training
Division, plans to obtain informaŸon to serve as market research to help idenŸfy potenŸal sources that
can provide a brand name purchase of one (1) OpŸcal Spectrum Analyzer High Performance model or
equivalent that will be a suitable replacement for an aging equipment. This item shall be delivered to
the Army Primary Standards Laboratory (APSL), Building 5435 Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL. The
OpŸcal Spectrum Analyzer shall include the following specificaŸons or equivalent (if not brand name):
