Instructions to Offerors
Quotes/proposals must be submitted electronically in pdf format no later than June 25, 2025, 14:00 EST via email to k2redman@bop.gov.
Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov at the time of award.
Evaluation Criteria
The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to the responsive and responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA). Technical Capability and Past Performance are equal in merit.
NOTICE
System updates may lag policy updates. The System for Award Management (SAM) may continue to require entities to complete representations based on provisions that are not included in agency solicitations. Examples include: • 52.222-25, Affirmative Action Compliance, and • 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications—Commercial Products and Commercial Services, paragraph (d). Contracting officers will not consider these representations when making award decisions or enforce requirements. Entities are not required to, nor are they able to, update their entity registration to remove these representations in SAM.
