The State of Utah - Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting bids for the construction of the referenced project:
Project Description: Tenant improvement on the 3rd floor of the WTC (World Trade Center). The existing space is already demolished. The scope includes providing walls and finishes where shown, rebuilding the ceiling grid, and preparing the space to receive new systems furniture.
Construction Cost Estimate: $150,000.00
