Gravel Crush Tender

SYNOPSIS

Tenders are now being accepted for the crushing and stockpiling of up to approximately 30,000 cubic yards of 3/4” road gravel (pending supply).

Crushing is to commence in the fall of 2026 and shall be completed on or before December 31st, 2026. Please confirm anticipated timeline for completion.

Proof of liability insurance of no less than $2,000,000, certificate of insurance and a letter of good standing from WCB (Worker’s Compensation Board) is required to accompany the tender.

The RM will contract and pay for a qualified engineer to measure the piles. 2026 payment will be made within 30 days of confirmed measurement of the piles.

Tenders shall include a price per yard for crushing, mobilization fees, and any other itemized cost. The successful bidder shall supply all supervision, labour, materials, equipment, tools and anything necessary to complete the work indicated by this document.

Tenders must be submitted in writing and in a sealed envelope marked “GRAVEL CRUSH TENDER” to the RM of Willow Bunch Municipal Office. All tenders must be submitted on or before 4:00 p.m. Friday, June 5th, 2026

All tenders will be reviewed at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 11th, 2026.
