The City of Conyers is seeking Proposals from qualified contractors interested in providing all labor, materials, and equipment for a Metal Roof Replacement at the Cherokee Run Golf Course Clubhouse, located at 1595 Centennial Olympic Parkway, Conyers, GA 30012. Bids will be accepted until the bid opening date and time on Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. EST at the City of Conyers (Public Meeting Room) located at 901 O¿Kelly Street, Conyers, Georgia 30012. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Monday, May 18, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. EST. located at the Cherokee Run Golf Course Clubhouse, located at 1595 Centennial Olympic Parkway, Conyers, GA 30012. Submit questions and/or requests for clarifications regarding this bid no later than Thursday, May 21, 2026 by 5:00 p.m. EST. Written responses will be issued in an addendum. A 5% Bid Bond will be required. Prior to contract execution, a Payment and Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract will be required from the awarded bidder.
