Project Description: The City of Victoria is seeking proposals from qualified consultants/consulting firms to provide leadership development services to support the City’s leadership development program and their skill building and leadership curriculum, to add to its current roster, on an as and when required basis. Work will include the delivery of custom content and resources in both the leadership program and the skill building and leadership curriculum, and design of custom content for delivery by internal City learning facilitators.
