Multi-Provider Helicopter Transportation Services

This is a multiple provider Agreement. Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to provide the rental of one (1) fully operated helicopter capable of transporting up to three (3) passengers and tank farms, tools, and equipment, weighing up to 1,000 pounds (lbs.) from the Echo Maintenance Station at Post Mile 66.7 on State Highway 50 to avalanche control facilities at Echo Summit, 8,000 feet (ft.) above State Highway 50 in Caltrans District 03.
