VTA seeks proposals (each, a "Proposal") from qualified firms (each, a "Proposer") to provide over-the-phone interpretation services (“Services”). These Services would include being utilized by the Customer Service Department's Information Service Representatives.
These Services would provide immediate language support for customers who speak a range of languages including but not limited to: Spanish, Vietnamese, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Tagalog. Services will be available 24/7, ensuring that customers can receive assistance at any time, regardless of time zone. All interpreters provided by the Contractor must adhere to established industry standards, including professional conduct, ethical guidelines, and cultural competence.
VTA recognizes the evolving landscape of customer service and the potential for integrating innovative technologies. VTA is open to exploring new features that can enhance service delivery into interpreting services and encourages proposals that include suggestions for integrating these technologies to enhance the overall customer experience and streamline operations.
