Sealed proposals will be received at the office of the Development Director, City Hall, Troy, Ohio, until 12 o’clock noon, February 28, 2025, for the sale of the following City parcels:
1. 366 Miami Street, Lot numbered 3285, a 0.20 acre parcel
2. 1015 Meadow Lane, Inlot numbered 4339, a 0.22 acre parcel
3. 402 Lake Street, Inlot numbered 1921, a 0.15 acre parcel
4. 177 Finsbury Lane, Inlot numbered 5585, a 0.23 acre parcel
Said properties to be sold and conveyed by official deed to the highest and best bidder upon the following terms:
The bid shall contain a money order or official bank check, or letter of credit in the amount of 20% of the bid payable to the City of Troy, Ohio, and this must be included with the bid.
Cash payment (by cash, money order, or official bank check) in full is required within fifteen days after acceptance of the sealed bid.
A minimum bid has been established for each parcel.
The Community Improvement Corporation of Troy, Ohio reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
