Torrington Board of Education is seeking a request for quote (RFQ) for snow removal . The bid packets will be available upon emailed request to Dean Pergola, Director of Facilities, at dpergola@torrington.org . All instructions for bidding will be disclosed in the email. The entire bid packet must be returned, with each page initialed, to show understanding of all requirements of the bid document. All bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting.
