Description:

The work included in this Contract shall consist of furnishing all the materials, labor, and equipment required to remove one (1), 10,000-gallon gasoline underground storage tank (UST) system and one (1), 10,000-gallon diesel fuel UST system from the Village’s Public Works Facility, including all existing piping, features, and equipment, a pre-designated volume of impacted soil, and all other incidental work necessary to complete this improvement according to the Plans, Standard Specifications, and Special Provisions. The Contract shall also include the installation of one (1), 5,000-gallon diesel fuel aboveground storage tank (AST) system at the Village’s Public Works Facility, including new fuel management equipment, raised concrete support slab, concrete fuel island and dispenser, fuel island canopy, concrete approach apron, asphalt pavement, and all other incidental work necessary to complete this improvement according to the Plans, Standard Specifications, and Special Provisions.
