Project Description: This is the third phase of the project to reconstruct the roadway and replace all of the utilities in the Main Street Right-of-Way from 500 South to 700 South. This includes replacing the culinary waterline and laterals, pressurized irrigation waterline and laterals, sewer main and laterals, adding a new storm drain system and power. The roadway will be reconstructed from the back of sidewalk to the back of sidewalk for the two block length.
