Conducting Procurement Unit: The Department of Health and Human Services
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into a contract to perform Random Moment Time Study and cost reporting activities with participating Local Education Agencies providing Medicaid services in order to properly identify and allocate Medicaid direct care and administrative costs.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible vendor with the highest score justified by the procurement code.
Length of Contract: 5 years.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for one year.
