LEASE OF COMMERCIAL VEHICLE SERVICES -JAPAN

Amendment 0001:

1. Provide responses to questions received during the Questions & Answers period (See Attachments/Links);

2. Revise paragraph 2.2.1 of the Performance Work Statement (PWS)(See Attachments/Links);

3. Update delivery date error within the FAR 52.212-1 addendum to reflect a delivery date of 1 August 2025; and

4. Confirm that the solicitation closing date and time remain unchanged.

Offerors must acknowledge this amendment in accordance with the solicitation instructions.

The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) Pacific East District requires leased adminstrative vehicles in support of schools and offices located within mainland Japan. The Contractor shall provide leased vehicles capable of transporting both passengers and cargo.
