Project Description: ATTENTION TO CONTRACTORS: On November 24, 2025 at 9am a pre-bid meeting will be held for the project at the site located at 1132 W American Ave, Salt Lake City Utah 84104. An inspection of the property will follow immediately after the pre-bid meeting. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is mandatory to bid on the project.
