The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Shiprock Service Unit, Northern Navajo Medical Center, located in Shiprock, New Mexico 87420 has an upcoming requirement for Fire Pump Emergency Call-Back Services. The services require Fire Pump Emergency Call-Back services, including Preventative Maintenance, to ensure the continued reliability and operational readiness of NNMC’s fire protection system. The requirement may include inspection and repair services to restore the fire pump to full operational status in the event of equipment failures or malfunctions occur. This will include troubleshooting, replacement of defective components, and testing for full operational status.
The Period of Performance for this requirement will be for Base Period of twelve (12) months with four (4) Option Periods of twelve (12) months.
The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 238220 – Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors with a small business size standard of $19M.
The Request for Quotations No. 75H71026Q00246 in accordance with 12.201-1 will be issued on or by September 9, 2026. Evaluation factors include technical capability to meet the Government need and price. Quotes will be due on or by September 14, 2026, 12:00 PM MDT. Questions and Answers (Q&A) will end on September 10, 2026, 2:00 PM MDT. The acquisition is Set-Aside for Indian-Owned Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE).
In accordance with 52.204-7 the offeror shall have an active Federal Government contracts registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) when submitting an offer or quotation in response to this solicitation and at the time of award.
