Project Description: Wake County Solid Waste Management Division is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced providers to operate, manage, and staff the South Wake Shredder (SWS) facility, located at 6160 Old Smithfield Road in Apex, NC. The shredder is used to process mattresses, pallets, and tires, with potential to add other materials in the future
