Project Description: Salt Lake County, on behalf of the Real Estate Division, “County” is soliciting proposals from qualified firms “Proposer / Real Estate Acquisition Specialist (Acquisition Specialist)” to provide acquisition and other real estate services in the following categories of property acquisition:
• Residential
• Commercial/industrial
• Undeveloped land
• Clearing the right-of-way for projects,
• Partial acquisitions
In some circumstances, other real estate services such as purchases, disposition, leasing, and real estate consulting services.
It is the intent of the County to establish a multiple award contract for services of qualified Acquisition Specialists on an as-needed basis. No guarantee of the actual service requirement is implied or expressed by this solicitation. Service requirements will be determined by actual need.
