CITY OF HOBOKEN NOTICE TO VENDORS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the representative of the Division of Purchasing, for the City of Hoboken, County of Hudson, State of New Jersey on December 11, 2024, at 2:30 PM prevailing time at City Clerk, City Hall 94 Washington Street Hoboken N.J. for the following professional services:

RFP 24-20 RFQ – Professional Services – Auditor - Term: January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025 RFP 24-21

RFQ – Professional Services – Financial Advisory Services – Term: January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025

RFP 24-24 RFQ – Professional Services – Tax Appraiser – Term: January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025

RFP 24-25 RFQ – Professional Services - Grant Writing Services – Term: January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025

RFP 24-26 RFQ – Professional Services – Insurance Brokerage Services- Property and Casualty Insurance – Term: January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025

The City of Hoboken is requesting qualifications from qualified individuals and firms to provide professional services to the City, in accordance with the specifications or City approved equivalent. Specification and other RFQ information may be obtained by sending an email to the below email address or contact the Purchasing Department, City Hall 2nd Floor, 94 Washington Street, Hoboken, N.J. 07030 during regular business hours Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm.
