RFP Smoke, CO2 Detectors Installation

The Gloucester Housing Authority (GHA) seeks the services of a qualified licensed engineer to provide professional design for the installation of approximately 244 hard-wired Smoke/Carbon Monoxide Detectors in eighty-nine (89) of the GHA’s Federal Public Housing properties in Gloucester, Massachusetts.

The construction budget for this project is $130,000.00. The Design Fee for Basic Services will be established through this RFP.

Proposals are due no later than noon, January 21, 2025, and must be submitted by email to dhoulden@ghama.com as PDF attachments.
