| Description: | The Project consists generally of the following major items: 1. Excavation of exiting grounds for installation of new through wall flashings and weep system. 2. Reinstall the brick veneer, replacing any broken units to match, with surface mounted counter-flashing and new weeps every 36” on center. 3. At the exterior ductwork penetrations, remove the existing brick veneer directly above the penetrations and install properly detailed through-wall flashings with end dams. Reinstall the brick veneer with weeps 24” on center. 4. Replace existing failed wall control joints with new silicone sealant. 5. Repoint all mortar joints on the east elevation to restore integrity and water resistance. 6. Install new clear, breathable, penetrating sealer to entire east elevation. |

Description
