Project Description: This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks to procure equipment and installation needed to provide Montour County Emergency Management with the ability to quantitatively assess and accurately identify extreme precipitation events within the Upper Chillisquaque watershed. SRBC invites your firm to submit a proposal in accordance with this RFP. Proposals must adhere to the format and content of this RFP. Proposals will not be evaluated unless all parts requested are submitted in a complete package. The information set forth is the minimum required in order to qualify for consideration. The successful Offeror shall be required to enter into a professional services agreement based on the specifications outlined in this RFP.
