RFP #25-023: Surveillance Camera End-of-Life Replacement -District

Project Description: Tarrant County College District is undertaking a comprehensive surveillance camera replacement project across all its campuses to enhance security and ensure the safety of students, staff, and visitors. This initiative aims to upgrade outdated equipment with state-of-the-art surveillance technology, providing improved coverage, higher resolution imaging, and advanced monitoring capabilities. The project will involve the removal of existing cameras, installation of new cameras, and integration with the District’s security infrastructure to ensure seamless operation and real-time monitoring.
The replacement process will be carefully planned to minimize disruption to campus activities while maintaining security during the transition. Each campus will receive tailored solutions to address its unique layout and security needs, ensuring optimal placement and functionality of the new surveillance systems.
