Project Description: The City of Amarillo (City) is soliciting a Request for Proposal (RFP) from respondents who are interested in and qualified to provide the City of Amarillo: Third Party Administration for Employer Sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision, Pharmacy benefits and related services; Pharmacy Benefit Management Services; Provider Network Access Administration for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pharmacy Benefits; Section 125 Plan Administration Services; COBRA Administration Services; Health Savings Account Administrative Services; Family Medical Leave Act Administrative Services; Employee Assistance Program Services; Wellness Program Administration; Fully Insured Vision plans; Fully Insured Basic and Supplemental Life Plans; and Stop Loss Reinsurance. It is the intent of the City to award this proposal to the best evaluated respondent for each category listed.
