Invitation to Bid: The Eliza Freeman House Rehabilitation at 354 Main St
7 Summits Construction, LLC acting as Construction Manager at risk (CMR) on behalf of The Mary & Eliza Freeman Center for History and Community will receive two copies of sealed and mailed or digital bids on or before June 5, 2025 1:00 PM EST to repair and place the existing building structure so that it remains stable and preserved for historic use. The building will receive hazardous materials removal and abatement, historic preservation deconstruction to facilitate new framing for the building structure, and other necessary scope to preserve the overall integrity of the historic building.
