Project Description: Playgrounds are an essential element of Chatham County’s quality of life and importance has been placed on replacing our aging inventory of existing playgrounds as well as bring new playgrounds to new areas of the community. Wilmington Island Park playground sustained damaged due to a hurricane and needs replacement. Wilmington Island Park is located at 2401 Walthour Road, Savannah, Georgia 31410.
