Purpose Statement: The purpose of this solicitation is to provide the Arizona Department of Economic Security (ADES), Division of Benefits and Medical Eligibility (DBME), and Disability Determination Services Administration (DDSA) statewide diagnostic imaging services to Claimants who have applied for benefits administered through Social Security Administration (SSA).

Provide diagnostic imaging services, including but not limited to orthopedic and chest imaging, performed by licensed health professionals. These services assist Claimants in obtaining eligibility for Social Security Administration benefits. Diagnostic imaging services may include the reading, interpretation, and reporting of findings. This service does not include recommendations for intervention or treatment.

A Pre-Offer Conference will be held virtually on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at 10 A.M. local Arizona time.
