REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

The City of Lawrence is seeking sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide Custodial Cleaning Services at the Lawrence Police Department for a three-year contract term. A contract shall be awarded to the responsive and responsible proposer offering the most advantageous proposal.

CUSTODIAL CLEANING SERVICES – LAWRENCE POLICE DEPARTMENT

Sealed proposals from vendors are due at the Office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 200 Common Street, Room 107, Lawrence, MA 01840 on or before 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. Proposers shall submit five (5) copies of their proposal in a sealed envelope and one (1) separately sealed envelope containing the Price Proposal Form.

A mandatory walkthrough will be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2026 and Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Interested proposers may attend one of the two scheduled walkthrough dates. Attendance at one walkthrough is mandatory. Proposers shall meet at the front entrance of the Lawrence Police Department, 55 Lowell Street, Lawrence, MA.
