The Town of Bluffton, South Carolina (Town) is seeking statements of qualifications from consultants with specialized knowledge in developing watershed-water quality models. The Town’s current stormwater model needs to be updated and converted to a new software. Experience in converting from XPSWMM to PCSWMM is desired.
