Addendum 1- Riverwalk Repair. The contractor must provide material source details (e.g., concrete, sand, lumber) to ensure FEMA EHP compliance. Washout areas will be backfilled and riprapped to prevent erosion. The Bid Form now reflects lump sum pricing. Large tree removal is removed from scope and bid form. Low boardwalk repair covers 25 LF, and Gervais Street Bridge boardwalk repair includes replacing eight 12x2 boards. Updated bid form as well.
