Description:

Replace the existing roof covering on the Sludge Thickener Building at the Felix C. Davis Wastewater Treatment Plant. The goal is to remove and replace the existing mineral surfaced roll (MRS) roof covering and roof insulation with a new Thermoplastic Polyolefin Roof (TPO) over new roof insulation. The existing roof drains and cast iron conductor piping and insulation will be removed and replaced with new cast irons piping and insulation.
