RFP - Jordan River Trail Environmental Study

Project Description: The City has received funding to to install a bicycle / pedestrian bridge across the Jordan River at approximately 10200 South and is seeking proposals from qualified consultants with experience conducting an environmental analysis in compliance with UDOT’s environmental process requirements.
The Consultant’s scope of work is to:
1. Complete the environmental documentation that satisfies UDOT’s requirements; and
2. Provide the City with a summary of the permits needed to complete the project.
The Consultant must have these minimum qualifications; otherwise, the proposal will be rejected and will not be evaluated.
1. Consultant must be listed on UDOT's prequalified consultant pool for the Environmental Document Preparation and Preconstruction Engineering disciplines; OR
2. Provide proof of a "Pass" on UDOT’s technical qualification review for the applicable discipline(s) and be awaiting UDOT financial screening.
Proposals will be received until the closing date and time listed on Bonfire, the State of Utah’s Procurement website. All proposals shall be submitted online at Bonfire. It is the sole responsibility of the BIDDER to submit the Bid before the scheduled time.
