The City of De Queen is accepting bids on a Complex Stand-by Generator. Recommendations for the generator are: 1. 100Kw-120/240 Volt 3 phase natural gas fueled stand-by generator. Unit shall be weather resistant and lockable. Unit shall be secured to existing concrete pad. 2. 1–400-amp 3 phase 240-volt type 3R automatic transfer system (Heating service), 1–200-amp 3 phase 240-volt type 3 R automatic transfer system (Lighting service). 3. Provide all necessary materials to complete job. 4. Customer to supply useable fuel to unit. 5. Unit shall be warranted for 2 years minimum. 6. City staff shall be instructed on unit operation. 7.
