ADDENDUM NUMBER THREE - RE-BID NOTIFICATION
CITY OF SANFORD WASHINGTON AVE CDBG SUBDIVISION

This Addendum Number Three is issued this 9th day of April 2026, to all parties who hold a set
of Bid Documents for the project entitled "CITY OF SANFORD WASHINGTON AVENUE CDBG
SUBDIVISION." This Addendum Number Three shall become part of the Contract Documents,
and its receipt acknowledged on the Bid Documents at the time of bidding.
The following changes and clarifications shall be made to the Contract Documents:
General
1. RE-BID DATE: A minimum of three bids were not received at the initial bid opening on
April 9, 2026. This project is re-advertised and sealed bids will be received at the West
End Conference Room, Sanford Municipal Building, located at 225 E. Weatherspoon
Street, Sanford, NC 27330, until 2:00 p.m. on April 16, 2026, and will then be publicly
opened and read aloud.
2. Being a re-advertisement, three bids will not be required to open on April 16, 2026.
Additionally, Addenda No. 1 through 3 shall need to be acknowledged in the Bid Form.
No changes beyond this or the previous addenda have been made to the project Bid
Documents at this time.
3. An Excel format Bid Form is attached for Bidders' convenience.
This Addendum Number Three is issued this 9th day of April 2026.
