This solicitation is applicable to MBE Suppliers for products on state contracts RSC024735, RSC021317, RSC021135, and 0A1375 (Index GPC033) and on STS033. Only MBE Suppliers on RSC024735, RSC021317, RSC021135, 0A1375, and STS033 may respond to this solicitation. Prospective Offeror’s must attach a Supplier quote document to the solicitation which includes the following at a minimum:

Quoted price(s) must be at or lower than contract pricing. Any responses that are not a part of a current state contract will not be considered. The State Standard Terms and Conditions apply to this solicitation.  No additional terms and conditions will be accepted. Selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible MBE quote. Should multiple Supplier quote the same lowest cost, one will be selected at random.
