1. INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS DUE DATE

For the purposes of this project, the County's Authorized Representative is Midge
Fletcher, Greene County IT Director.
Proposals will be received until 11:00 a.m.. EST on May 1, 2026 for the acquisition
and delivery of Cisco networking equipment for Greene County Ohio.

2. PROPOSAL PRICING LAYOUT
The County requires that each vendor submit pricing for the following components:
• All requested Cisco Networking Equipment (unit price and total)
• All shipping/handling fees that apply
• Availability of items and estimated time of arrival
• Standard quote on vendor’s letterhead
3. PROPOSER QUESTIONS AND COUNTY RESPONSES
There is one acceptable method for submitting questions regarding this RFP. All
questions must be submitted in writing to the above County Authorized Representative
by the date and time stated in Section I above. A County response will be made
available to all no later than the date and time stated in Section I above.
Addendums to this RFP will be posted on the following website:
(www.greenecountyohio.gov/bids). No questions will be accepted via telephone.
4. ACCESSING BID INFORMATION
All information related to this RFP will be made available through the Greene County
website www.greenecountyohio.gov/bids. This will include bid specifications,
addendums and questions and answers.
5. PROPOSER SELECTION
The selection criteria to be used to select the successful vendor may include, but is
not limited to the following:
A. Written proposal including Proposal Cost Sheet (Appendix A) along with standard
quote typically provided by a qualified U.S based vendor
B. Price of equipment, licensing and any services requested
C. Availability of equipment, licensing and services along with estimated delivery
time of equipment
D. Established record of consistent service and reputation within the industry
E. Quality of references from public entity customers within the U.S.
6. RFP RELEASE
Greene County reserves the right to amend this RFP at any time. Greene County
also reserves the right to reject any, and all bids.
In the event it becomes necessary to amend, alter or delete any part of the RFP,
