Project Description: The purpose of this RFP is to develop affordable multifamily rental housing at 3705 Manslick Rd, Louisville KY 40215, transforming an underutilized property into safe, affordable, and quality housing. This housing development is a key component in the Louisville Metro Government’s (LMG) My Louisville Home plan, a comprehensive housing strategy to create and preserve 15,000 units of affordable housing by 2027.
