DMH Nurses Uniforms

The Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (Agency) is seeking a contract to obtain scrub tops and scrub pants for their nursing staff including registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs), therapeutic program workers (TPWs), pre-admission testing nurses (PATs), nursing supervisors, and clinical nursing managers at their six Regional Psychiatric Hospital locations throughout the State of Ohio. Current staff are permitted three new uniforms annually, while new hires are allotted five new uniforms upon hire and three uniforms in their subsequent years with the Agency. The Agency will place a bulk order once annually between the dates July 15 ^th and August 14 ^th . The remaining orders will be on an as needed basis for new hires.
