Property and Revenue Management Software System and Implementation (Personal Services)

Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA), a department of the City of Los Angeles, issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP’) to solicit proposals from qualified firms (‘Proposer’) to provide a Property and Revenue Management Software (PRMS) system that streamlines airport operations by managing leases, contractual agreements, aeronautical statistics, and tenant relations. The system must also provide billing, invoicing, and cash management in addition to seamless integrations with LAWA’s ERP and GIS systems. Overall, it optimizes property performance and maximizes revenue generation for airports. To access the relevant documents, you must register in Bonfire and log in to the RFP portal.
