DCY-C-2627-0033 Office Furniture, 8th floor, 35 E Chestnut

This QuickQuote is seeking quotes for furniture with delivery and installation at 35 East Chestnut St., 8th floor, Columbus, Ohio 43215.

The work will be done during normal business hours. Installation is to be completed as soon as possible per end of fiscal year requirements (June 30th).

Substitutions will NOT be considered, as furniture must match existing furniture in space.

NOTE: Field measurements will need to be taken prior to the order being finalized and placed by the furniture dealer that wins the bid. DCY will work with the selected Contractor to facilitate this.

Loading docks are off North Pearl Street. Both docks require a 90-degree turn. Use the 246 / 35 dock for deliveries. A large straight truck can make the turn. The dock will not accommodate a semi. Space at the dock is limited. Vendors may load and unload at the dock but must park off site while working in the building. Loading dock will be available after hours as needed. DAS will coordinate with Building Management for scheduling. The dock opens to the first floor of the building.

The State of Ohio - Department of Children & Youth is soliciting dealers for products on state contracts RSC024735, RSC021317, RSC021135, 0A1375 (Index GPC033) and State Term Schedule (STS).

Only suppliers on the previously mentioned State contracts may respond to this solicitation.

Quoted price must be at or lower than contract pricing.

Please be sure to include the applicable state contract number in the contract column of the grid. If a state contract number is not provided, the proposal will not be considered as referencing a State contract.

Any responses that are not a part of a current state contract will not be considered.

Completion of the grid is required and will be considered the response for evaluation.  No outside/additional documentation will be considered.

Selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible quote.
