The Commissioners of St. Mary’s County, (County) Department of Public Works & Transportation is soliciting bids for the Southampton Revitalization Project Phase 1 in cooperation with the St. Mary’s County Metropolitan Commission (MetCom) to reconstruct approx. 0.45+ mile of roadway and to install new water mains and perform sewer main rehabilitation, as described in this solicitation.
